Eligibility Criteria
- Students at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels are eligible to apply.
- Students are required to have foreign citizenship and attend foreign universities and colleges.
- Candidates’ skills should align with important strategic sectors.
- With the exception of students from China, Hong Kong, and Macau who are studying at foreign universities, foreign nationals are welcome to apply.
- Students must fulfill Taiwan’s research and development demands. Those pursuing humanities and social sciences degrees are welcome to apply.
- Must be proficient in English, Mandarin, or Taiwanese.
- Trainees are prohibited from receiving funding from other governmental organizations.
- Forms that are incomplete will not be accepted.
