As mentioned, the dates for the IST Fully Funded Internship are from 15 May 2025 to 15 September 2026. What is ISTernship Summer Program 2026?

A summer internship program called ISTernship (pronounced “IST-” + “(i) internship”) is available to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to gain additional experience in scientific research. . Selected candidates have been part of the ISternship program and work with one of the faculty and a member of our lab on a short research project each summer.

The ISTernship program is open to undergraduate and graduate students. Students interested in basic research in the following areas are invited to apply: biology, mathematics, computer science, computer science and computer science, physics, neuroscience, chemistry and materials, and study program. Admission Criteria

Applicant must register full-time as an undergraduate or postgraduate student (or equivalent) at a degree-granting institution. Students already enrolled or accepted into a Ph. D program are not eligible to apply.
All short-term mobility arrangements, including ISTA and Russia, have been suspended. Also, candidates enrolled in Russian universities are not eligible to apply for ISTernship applications.
